Is that the one where we both fought like feral lunatics who charged each other with abandon? In my defense, I thought you were a freifecher. :)

Quick question:

What were the physical dimensions of the ring used at FA?

I would add that Jason Taylor did an excellent job in his class on the striking methods in ringen.

He based his teaching around a slide show depicting the various strikes found in a number of manuals. This was very effective. It immediately linked the teaching to the source material and gave us a clear picture of what we were to practice.

Matt Galas' lecture on the fencing guilds was also a highlight. It was billed for one hour but ran to two. Caused me to miss Jean Chandler's class, unfortunately, but I could not drag myself away.

All of the 2012 Fechtschule America videos are now online under the Youtube username FechtschuleAmerica. However, they have not all been titled with the correct fencers yet so if you are watching and "know"* who is fencing in an unlabeled video, please reply here with the video number and names of the fencers and we'll get them labeled. Otherwise, we'll get to it off of the brackets as time allows. Enjoy!

0060 is Myles Cupp vs Arturo Camargo.

0061 is Myles Cupp vs Ben Michels (I think).
