7 Swords Guild was "HEMA JBLM", we just wanted a better name for the club. We still practice on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), however this year we are looking to expand our activities off of the military post to provide both a second venue for a second day of the week (probably on a Saturday), and to give easier access to those not part of the military community. We have had some more contacts recently for this, even without advertizing, and feel we are ready to move into the general population given we can find a decent location to work from.

Current practice: Tuesdays - 5:30-8:00 P.m.
Location: Nelson Recreation Center Ballroom, 2nd Division Ave., Fort Lewis, WA
Activities: Split classes - Rapier and Longsword (includes some grappling and dagger, polearms)

Future activities: This year, 2012, we will be expanding our activities to include Dussack/Messer/Falchion type single-hand swords and possibly S&B. We will also be increasing our work in polearms, most specifically Spear as the primary and poleaxe and half-swording to round it out.
