Purple Heart says they'll replace the blade for sure. I'll keep everyone posted.

This means I have a spare broken blade. I will bend it over my head if I sell enough books.

Here at Schwert am Schwert we recently broke one of the prototypes they gave us. It was the last 6 inches of the tip that snapped off when a head shot was given. So that one lasted a good long time.

Nylon swords tend to get more flexible with time. Christian was saying that is the nature of nylon to absorb moisture, I think.

It was the single hander prototypes that broke at FA 2012. Our club has not been able to test those yet.

PurpleHeart is going to replace the broken item, plus are asking us all manner of questions on what we like. Nice guys! I always try to shout out for good customer service.
