Using TidyHQ to track HEMAA Membership

We’ve gotten many requests to bring back the HEMAA Membership Checker. Unfortunately, changes to TidyHQ makes the coding for that extremely difficult.

However, there is a way for Affiliates to track their members’ HEMAA status directly from the account dashboard in TidyHQ. The above resource will walk you through the process of first registering our club as an affiliate (if you haven’t already done so) and registering your members directly so that their accounts are linked to the club account.

Are your members already individual HEMAA members? Just email your membership list to the HEMAA Governing Council and we will link the accounts to your club account.
